Volunteers - A Vital Part of the Tom Thomson Art Gallery!
Gallery volunteers are part of a multitalented team who help the Tom Thomson Art Gallery in bringing the best of the visual arts to the region. Plus, they have a terrific time doing it! Volunteers are one of our most valuable assets. Their dedication and effort is highly valued.
Volunteering at the Gallery offers educational opportunities, the chance to network with the community, and a great deal of satisfaction and fun. Joining the Gallery as a volunteer guarantees new insights into the wonderful world of the visual arts.
One does not require a degree in art to be a volunteer at the Gallery. Volunteers are involved in all aspects of life at the Gallery -- helping out at receptions and events, working at the Gallery Shop, participating on one of the Gallery’s many committees, or assisting with tours, workshops or classes. Some volunteer positions require a regular commitment and other positions call for occasional involvement.
To become a volunteer or for further information, contact the Kris Rosar, Volunteer Coordinator.
