New Available Space Art Projects (ASAP)

The TOM’s ASAP program was designed to reactivate, revitalize and beautify Owen Sound’s downtown area by working with artists to develop art projects in vacant storefronts and other locations throughout the city’s core. For 2017, The TOM will invite diverse local artists to participate, ranging from professional artists to students. This project will benefit the artists, landlords and businesses who participate in the project, as well as the thousands of residents and visitors to the downtown area.

Recently installed 2017 ASAP projects include The Seasons of TOM and Tom Thomson Totem of Modernity Portrait. Each of these projects are installed in the Heritage Place Shopping Centre located 1350 16th St E, Owen Sound, ON N4K 6N7, Canada.

The TOM gratefully acknowledges support for ASAP funding from Community Foundation Grey Bruce. Canadian Spirit 2012-17 is generously sponsored by TD Bank Group. The TOM gratefully acknowledges its major funders, major sponsors, partners, members and donors.
